Little action from Vietnamese ministries to cope with visa and human resources issue

Vietnam tourism industry suffering the consequences on no action from public sector: visa policies and human resources are two key factors known by ministries involved and not tackled at all during many years.

Despite prior to 2019 progress, visa policies returned in 2022 to a decade ago with stricter demands, non clear guidelines and proliferation of "speculating brokers" taking advantage of individuals and corporate in their rates and services. All ministries and departments involved keep ignoring such pivotal factor.

Human resources shortage is produced by the no ability of joining efforts between the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Despite knowing the issues for many years - the topic is far from pandemic times -, they do refuse to cooperate and find a proper solution to cover the industry labor demand. Effect: flying careers, hospitality sector increasing is labor hunting problem and do not receive enough graduates to cover vacant positions.

Solutions were on their table, departments interaction proposed and clearly defined, there is simple little interest (aside of the private individual one) on progressing accordingly, we are back on time repeating the same issues and suffering the consequences in Vietnamese soil.
