Mekong delta improvement is key for Vietnam

Continue the constant support to the Mekong delta region and our MQL Sustainable Tourism Services development on the Southern Vietnamese area.


We did meet with Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, provincial people's committees of different provinces, several Mekong-related experts and its always formative reports and research papers.

Today had the chance to meet with university leaders who briefed on their positioning papers, real case scenarios and improvements on empowering leaders and farmers with agri-tourism and other studies ahead.

Satisfied with the input from all public & private parties on the human resources actual needs, practical approach for the common benefit of the Mekong area and large eager-to-learn atmosphere of all interested people.

The full circle completion will be the last week of June when we will be visiting on the spot the different provinces. Adding value to locations like Ca Mau, Bac Lieu, Soc Trang among others and its kind hearted people our priority.

By this post I do open the option of collaboration to any party or individual interested in adding value to our Vietnamese Mekong delta area, as we are all on the same boat and related, do not hesitate to PM me in case you think your experience or support adds too!

Here are five questions that will be on investors’ and managers’ minds as the hotel industry embarks on the new year. 1. Can Average Daily Rate Growth Continue or Will the Recession Stop Growth? Average Daily Rate, or ADR, in October was 15% higher than 2021 and 16.8% higher than in 2019. But can this growth continue? The STR forecast answers this question with a resounding yes. The current iteration calls for 1.7% ADR growth in 2023. Looking back over the past 24 months, the upside was strong pricing power.
